Review the complete scope ↗Currency conversion change remains outside scope
eBay’s official selling-fees page announces a US seller currency conversion charge change from 3% to 3.25% on October 14, 2026. This release does not calculate international sales or currency conversion, so it does not apply either conversion rate.
