An independent estimation tool

Seller Fee Tally provides free informational estimates of fees, proceeds and profit for the scenarios described in the calculation method. It is not an eBay invoice, bookkeeping service, tax return or financial recommendation. eBay’s official rules and your actual transaction statement take precedence.

Check the applicable scope

Use the correct category, Store plan, rule date and inputs. Known extras must be entered manually. Unsupported orders must not be treated as covered estimates. We may update, limit or discontinue functions as rules and available information change.

Your decisions and data

You remain responsible for your prices, listings, advertising, taxes, account decisions and order records. Do not enter third-party personal information, passwords, payment details or other information unnecessary for a fee estimate.

No guarantee of a particular outcome

We aim to explain our assumptions and correct errors, but cannot guarantee a match to every invoice, uninterrupted availability, earnings, cost savings, traffic or search rankings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, disrupt its availability, falsely represent affiliation with Seller Fee Tally or eBay, or use it to process private information without permission.

Names and sources

eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc. Seller Fee Tally is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by eBay. Official links are provided to make the assumptions easier to check.
